- Beef Brisket
- Salt and Pepper
- 2-3 large sweet onions sliced
- One can of apricot or mango juice
This recipe is so easy with only a few ingredients!
Generously salt and pepper the brisket on all sides and brown in a hot pan to seal in all the juices.
Place the sliced onions in the bottom of your slow cooker and place the brisket on top. Pour over the can of concentrated juice. Trust me it is delicious!!!
Place on low for 8 hours. Once the meat is done and the onions soft take out the juice and thicken a little to make a gravy. Slice the brisket and serve with your favorite mashed potatoes and vegetables of your choice.
