Air Fryer Lemon Rosemary Lamb Loin Chops

I served these chops with a Mediterranean salad mix for a quick and easy 10 minute meal!  After the holidays I try to make super yummy but simpler and healthier meals, and this one is both!

Ingredients

  • 6 Lamb Loin Chops
  • 2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Garlic 
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Rosemary 
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Coarse Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper 

Instructions

Pat the chops dry and place in a single layer on a board, plate or parchment paper.

Mix all of the ingredients except for the chops in a small bowl.

Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.

While the fryer is heating generously brush the chops on one side with the oil marinade.

When the air fryer is preheated place the chops marinade side down in the basket making sure they don’t touch.  Quickly brush the top of the chops with the remainder of the marinade.

Cook for 7 minutes for medium. Longer if the chops are thick. These were about 1/2 inch thick.
