A Quick Weeknight Favorite from Chef Ali
(Gluten-free option included!)
This colorful stir fry brings together tender Century Farm pork from Whitt’s Place with crisp vegetables, slurpable noodles, and a sweet-salty ginger soy glaze. It’s a fast, flavor-packed meal that tastes even better than takeout—and it’s easy to make gluten free by swapping soy sauce for coconut aminos.

Ingredients

For the stir fry:
- 1 lb Whitt’s Place Thin Sliced Pork Tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 3–4 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds
- Cilantro
- 2 eggs, beaten
For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
Noodles:
- 1 packet (14 oz) of rice noodles or any stir fry noodle you like cooked according to package and set aside
Instructions
1. Prep everything first!
Slice your pork and vegetables. Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
2. Sear the pork.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the pork and stir fry until browned and just cooked through. Push the meat to one side of the pan.

2. Cook the Eggs
Crack two eggs on the other side of the pan and scramble.
3. Cook the vegetables.
In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Toss in sliced carrots (and red pepper if using) and cook another minute or two to preserve the crunchiness.

4. Add noodles and sauce.
Stir to combine the vegetables, eggs, and pork, along with the cooked noodles. Pour in the sauce and toss everything together. Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes, letting the sauce thicken and coat everything evenly.

5. Garnish and serve.
Top with cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve hot!

Tips & Variations
- Make it spicy: Add chili flakes or a squirt of sriracha to the sauce.
- Add crunch: Throw in some chopped peanuts or cashews before serving.
- Use what you have: Sub in broccoli, snap peas, or mushrooms depending on the season or your fridge.
