Pat the meat dry and rub all over with course salt and pepper as well as any other seasonings of choice. I tried Monterey steak seasoning and it was delicious!
Place the roast on a sheet pan and place in the oven for 15 mins then turn the heat down to 375 and keep cooking until desired fineness. Mine took about an hour total.
Let sit for about 10 mins then slice about 1/4 in thick and serve with your favorite sides.
