Sausage Rotel Dip

We love the Rotel Dip in our house. It’s always a hit at parties, especially during Football Season! We make it in a single pan and sometimes even serve it in that same pan! A few dips are always taken while it sits on the stovetop!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Sausage (Hot or Mild)
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 can Rotel, any variety

Directions

Brown Sausage in a pan

Add Rotel tomatoes, and stir in.

Slice Velveeta and lay over the meat

When the cheese starts to melt, stir into the mixture.

Serve with Tortilla chips. (We like to warm our chips in the oven or air fryer.)
